I had a lovely stay at this brand new hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable, but the lighting was a bit strange. The service was incredibly friendly and helpful, especially thanks to Berkan at the reception. The location was superb, right between the mall and Taksim, making it ideal for both shopping and leisure.
The hotel offered a pleasant stay with spacious rooms that were changed to accommodate three people, including a balcony. The service was top-notch, with staff being incredibly friendly and helpful in all aspects. The location was convenient, close to a metro station and within walking distance of many shops and restaurants. The dining experience was acceptable but could have been improved with more fresh coffee and fruit. Overall, a good value for money option in Istanbul.
